For those who wish to go deeper into the whole of yoga via what B.K.S. Iyengar calls the “hub” of yoga. Restorative Yoga postures and pranayama techniques create deep rest and emotional stability.

The hip is the key to our uprightness as creatures on many levels. This workshop will explore a wide variety of postures designed to open the hip, as well as penetrate more deeply into the mental, emotional, and spiritual considerations of this central intersection of the body.
