Drop-In Class
Continuity of practice is the magic ingredient in the yoga recipe for ultimate well-being. Keep your practice energized and deepen your knowledge of how to practice by joining us a our Drop-in classes. Classes will feature standing postures to energize and build strength and confidence, basic inversions to quiet the nerves and boost immunity, and deep relaxation to refresh and invigorate.
