Earth Day Workshop: You are the Planet to Save!
According to yoga philosophy, the earth element is one of the five “great elements” (or Mahabhutas) that make up all of creation. Come explore how to best work with this element in your asana practice. The harmony and health of the earth element lays the foundation for the harmony and health of all the others. More importantly, it provides vital access to higher states of consciousness and insight. If you can move the earth, you can move anything! This workshop will be for all levels of students and will be a dynamic exploration of all the major categories of asana from the perspective of the earth element and with the central idea of “moving mountains.”
